Successor Agency

On January 17, 2012 the City Council of the City of Clayton adopted Resolution 03-2012 expressing the City’s intent to serve as the Successor Agency for the Clayton Redevelopment Agency.

The Recognized Obligation Payment Schedules for the Period Feb. 1 – June 30, 2012 (ROPS I) and Recognized Obligations Payment Schedules for Period July 1- December 31, 2012 (ROPS II) were forwarded to the State Department of Finance, State Controller and Contra Costa County Auditor-Controller as required by legislation.
