Geological Hazard Abatement District
The City Council sits as the Board of Directors for the Geological Hazard Abatement District (GHAD). The Oakhurst Geologic Abatement District oversees the geological hazard abatement area within the City of Clayton and is administered by the General Manager, Larry Theis.
